.…not the worst Cheltenham RaB with Sky;

Galvin, Grand Paradis, Run Wild Fred & The Bosses Oscar all to place in any race @ 150-1.

Galvin was a big winner for me in March and I think it’s a very decent shout for next year National. Grand Paradis could be a top novice chaser, Run Wild Fred heads the NH Chase market and TBO is really talented if it got over it’s last run.

….monthly (August) ante-post Yankee for Cheltenham;

Run Wild Fred 12-1 (National Hunt Chase)
Galvin 12-1 (Cross Country Chase)
A Plus Tard 10-1 (Gold Cup)
Hollow Games 33-1 (Albert Bartlett)

All prices with Bet365 (who offer cash-out).
I have a bet mate, mainly on the footy but I’ll have a go at the horses aswel, however I’m abit of a novice on the horses.

Ive seen you post on here and clearly know what your on about, what kind of bet is this?

….since I retired I’ve done very, very well betting ante-post on Cheltenham Festival. I’m on a horse racing forum with very knowledgeable folk and each month there’s a chat & we come up with 4 selection to have in a Yankee (11 bets made up of doubles, trebles and an accumulator).

Ante-post betting is fraught with risk as you are guessing horses will not only run but will run in the races selected. A multiple bet like a Yankee is a bit daft but can be a life changer. We made a profit on them last year with a few doubles going in & I promised to post the selections on here each month.

i wouldn’t particularly recommend backing them but if folk do, then only to small stakes with an option to cash out.

I’m going to have a go mate, so is that for Cheltenham next year?

….I am Maximus cut to 16-1 for the Supreme by Paddy Power, still available at 50-1 (with cash out) with 365. Got to be worth a little interest.

….smashed in recent days, now only 20-1 with 365. Nice little interest if anybody managed to get 50-1. Jumps season will soon start to ramp up and we’ll have more of an idea if the likes of this one is as decent as reports suggest.

….Monkfish one of the favourites for Cheltenham Gold Cup has been ruled out for the forthcoming season. A few ante-post vouchers hit the bin but it underlines how fragile these majestic animals are.
