Not wanting to pour cold water on your hopes, but I'd wager nobody on tier two has been offered one since we had a waitlist.

One of my mates got an email saying they hadn't been selected, and if they wanted to increase their chances they should pay for a membership each to elevate themselves to Tier One. He sent them back and email with proof of membership for all 4 on the list from the past 3 seasons, so why were they not already Teir One? No reply as yet.

As I mentioned yesterday, the whole ticketing operation is a chimps tea party. Everyone in the office seems to have their own system.
Thanks for replying, looks like I'll have to join up to get on tier 1 but does seem a right mess of a system.
 
Just speaking to a mate of mine, he auto-renewed his two Paddock seats a few months ago on the Direct Debit scheme. He just realised no money had been taken out of his account yet. He just phoned the club and they're saying he didn't renew, and looks like his seats have been sold to someone else. He has email confirmation from the club saying he has renewed (showing seat numbers, customer numbers, amount of credit he is using towards payment etc), and that "The Club will now process your 2022/23 Season Ticket Auto Renewal application between the Tuesday 22 February and Monday 28 February".

He's currently trying to find out what the hell is going on! Has anyone else experienced this?

No, but it's yet another example of the shambolic operation they are running there.

No process at all.
 
Been on the list for a couple of years now and got an email the other day that I didn't make the cut this year. There's always next year I suppose.

How do you make the cut? Is it based on time waiting? Credit's?
I know a lad who sits by me I always talk to, he has been every home game this season he could get a ticket for, really hoping he gets one next season

One of the guys I work with was on waiting list for 4 years, bought club membership last year and got ST email earlier this week. Similarly know someone been on for 6 years and hasn’t managed to get a ST yet. Not sure how they give them out but think club membership defo get priority.
 
I don't really understand how it works a mate has been on waiting list a few years and is in tier 2 but say he bought a membership a few weeks ago would that have put him in tier 1 ahead renewal deadline? And then if he didn't get membership next season he'd be in tier 2.

Seems abit unfair if someone who goes on waiting list this year but buys a membership too goes ahead of someone who's been on waiting list for say 3 years

Im not sure whether it’s random or based on how long you’ve been on it, but I’ve been an official member for the past 3 years and I know that has a positive impact, or is supposed to.

Happened to a friend of ours we all sit in upper glwadys. He's sat in same for years he's a pensioner, lost his son who used to sit next to him so it meant something to him. They said he never renewed in time said he got the dates mixed up .he's now sitting behind a post the best they could do because they had given his seat to someone else. They couldn't run a bath .peoples club when it suits

Got the same email me an my brother have been on the list 4 years might be 5. not sure now been a while tho. Hopefully we finally get one when we move to the new ground.
 
Joined the list in December 2018, had the email the past two summers and done nothing about it as my son was so young.

Got the call again this year and got two in the lower gwladys. My advice is to keep the membership running and keep buying tickets as and when you can.
