I thought there was no cure for the common cold, only ways to help with that chitty feeling.
I always find feeling sorry for myself helps, a lot.

Basically kills it off - along with your ability to stay awake.
A cap full of that, some paracetamol and codeine and a few hot toddies... when you wake up the following week you're as right as rain.
