I think breaking PSR deserves a sporting sanction.

There has to be a deterrent.

I think that the sanction should be something that dosent put a club in a less sustainable position, taking points away and potentially relegating us then sending us into administration are exactly what we were told these rules were in place to stop how can the punishment they hand out cause what they don't want to happen?
Owners shold be personally fined, double the breach for the first offence, 5 times the breach for the second, 10 times for the third and subsequent breaches. There is no other way, a sporting sanction makes the club less sustainable as does fining the club and lumping the fine into P&S calculations going forward.

Does the PL have the authority to fine owners, and if so, how does it enforce it?

We will get 4-6 points back but be faced with a transfer embargo for the next 4-6 years and be ordered to sell or give away our entire first team squad this summer. By the time that runs out we will be where the PL want us - in the Vauxhall Conference.
