Our mid 3 is obviously the problem offensively, but we all know Sam is playing Morgan and Gana together to set up shop. Rooney has been out of form for a while. We managed to sneak a goal because of a fantastic finish by Cenk.

I could tolerate Morgan and Gana together if there was someone with them who was attacking minded and offered more than an ageing turtle.

We really need someone who is able to move forward with the ball, play at a fair tempo and make crucial attacking passes to those in front.

Morgan and Gana both have their roles which on their day can be a real influence to our play, but they need someone to act as the attacking link.
