This looks too good to be true , and we all know good things don't happen to Everton.
Even if it was possible , we know that Chairman Bill's glacial pace of progress from considering , to mulling , to formulating , to thinking , to provisionally bidding , to actually bidding , will allow the player to be snatched away in any case.
Keeps us all off their backs until the inevitable "we tried our best but just run out of time".
Rinse and repeat ad nauseum.

If any of this is true, we surely would not be having bids accepted for players who we have not had some contact with on the agents or players side. Another one on the list who may have unexpectedly become available due to PSG signing a similar age striker in Ramos, so maybe Hugo a bit miffed. If so, worth a punt.
 
I’m liking this rumour. I think we are probably in a better position to offer PSG the deal they want over the other teams linked. My only concern would be West Ham, however I feel like once they buy JWP, Alvarez and Maguire all of their Rice money as gone, so they will only be able to spend another 25m from scamacca. But who knows.

City are pushing hard for Paqueta.

You would like to think that we know if he's interested before we make a bid .But we've already seen this summer with El Bilal Toure that agreeing terms with a Club means nothing
