I think the only thing we know for sure is that Everton are interested in the player and have spoken to PSG.
But, we have no idea really if that is just a preliminary enquiry or a more detailed discussion about a fee.
You would also expect that we have spoken to the players agent to see if he would even consider a move to Everton.
There will be other options open for the player but after a season sitting on the bench a lot the opportunity to go to a premiership club where he is almost guaranteed to play every week will have it's attractions.
