Not really, I edited the thread as a joke - I got it horribly wrong - I went for City to win 3 or 4 nil. I am the Pele of predictions.

We had this [Poor language removed] on the arsenaltimes called himself Brian Swan - real asshole - he came on to gloat about the 8 -2 to Man U - joke ran thin, he started getting all personal then, real douchebag. Trolls can be funny, but this guy was just irritating and offensive. I believe he has been here as well. Ignore him if u come across him again; sado's like that rely on oxygen, don't give it to him.
Rodgers on Joe Allen: "We paid £15m for him and I said that very quickly that price would double and people probably laughed at me."
Brendan Rodgers on Joe Allen: "He's five feet six but in terms of a footballer he's seven feet six. He's absolutely immense."
Rodgers on Skrtel: "It's all part of the journey. I commend his courage to get on the ball. The easy thing is to smash it up the pitch."
Brian Swan also graced us with his presence on here. Unfortunately we done them over after he'd predicted they'd swat us aside. He still lurks.
HI BRIAN! Hi Conor.
@BrianDurand56 don't want to sound paranoid, but if it had been#mufc out there today the media would have been hailing the new Fergies babes.
@BrianDurand56 Mate was City fan in away end. The loudest roar he'd ever heard for our goals. And he was at there QPR game at Eastlands
After their opening day horror show, Liverpool have answered many a critic and despite their two clangers can take many more positives than negatives away from this afternoon. Joe Allen looks a superb addition, while Raheem Sterling can clearly develop into a major weapon for Brendan Rodgers. If I were a Liverpool fan I'd be excited about the future as opposed to fearful.
Mark Lawrenson, BBC Radio 5 live at Anfield
Sterling, Allen and Shelvey have all been good.
BBC Sport Chief Football Writer Phil McNulty at Anfield:
"Liverpool continuing to press. Despite the errors Rodgers and his players can take great encouragement from this display."
Christopher Jones on Twitter: "What a gorgeous goal from Suarez. Pure, pure class. Hart had no chance!"
Zander Davey on Twitter: "Sterling needs a call up right away. To have Sterling & Chamberlain on England's future wings is a mouth watering prospect."
The roar and the standing ovation from the home fans at Anfield tell us what an excellent first half that was for Liverpool. What a header it was as well from Martin Skrtel.
Ed Woodhouse on Twitter: "£15 million is a lot of money but Joe Allen is superb."
-Not sure of that one was a compliment or not.Jack Willows on Twitter: "Liverpool finally have a bit of a Swansea look about them!"
An excellent performance from Liverpool, they were so close to beating the champions
Alex McCormac on Twitter: "City need a dose of whatever Liverpool were on!
Ted from Birmingham on 81111 on text: "Disappointing not to win but good effort and performance from Liverpool. Still Sahin to come in who is class, so definitely many positives."
Tinashe M Shoko on Twitter: "Hats off to Brendan Rodgers. They might just gel into Champions League contendors, Liverpool.
