Don't care who's running the practice or picking the tactics...we're f*cked until Captain Calamity Kenwright and everyone else on that board is gone. We are and have been, for some time now, at an impasse and no manager in the world is going to get us over it.

Definitely. I'd love it if we could get Pienaar on a permanent in the Summer and try and keep Drenthe, and perhaps push Coleman to RB. Our wing play would be delicious.
I agree we could. Although with Pienaar back it's improved a bit, so unlikely we'll be playing much good stuff if we stay in the cup. Just making the point that it definitely helps.
As ever, it all depends on results and league position at end of the season.
Mostly, I agree but not over Coleman. Not seen anything to make me think he's a future right back. The honey badger may have his limitations, but he knows how to defend. Coleman's keen (no pun intended), he has a go and is direct. However, he lacks technique and awareness. His delivery is questionable at best and his decision making is awful. Concerningly, he remains, of the players we own, our only option at right mid. He hasn't really developed since breaking into the first team. I suppose you can't expect too much for 60 k though.
Repeating yourself, one of the signs of insanity Damon lid.
spoke about wing backs in the pub after the game sat as the way forwardI actually agree that he looks a little suspect defensively, but i'd probably adopt a formation like this:
T How
Heitinga Jagielka Distin
Coleman--------------Baines
Drenthe Fellaini Osman Pienaar
Jelavic
It's hard to illustrate it but basically Baines and Coleman would be wing backs.
