I think that just about sums it up.
....I'm a Civil Servant based in Liverpool but spend a fair bit of time in Blackpool. During one summer I asked if folk wanted lollyices and I might as well have been talking French. They only know them as ice lolly. Very odd considering the place is only up the road.
