TBF...his first season here was brilliant. He was doing the same sort of things as Gana. Was seemingly everywhere in that first season.

Gueye seems to drive forward much more than McCarthy ever has, though. McCarthy was all about energy and simple balls. Gueye offers more.

Not disagreeing, but there were reasons why McCarthy was lauded in that first season. He seemingly was everywhere, and had a motor that ran non stop.

Signed a big contract, and hasn't been the same player since.
