In South Africa they seize any opportunity for a dust up with the police, apparently the police have now taken over control of most of the stadiums which I reckon will probably mean a bit more leeway for visiting fans, but a tinderbox/powderkeg when south africa go out.

If there is trouble from England fans then I could see the locals joining in against the police.
