I think the defensive / offensive manager idea is a great one, i just cant see Roberto or Moyes accepting such an arrangement. I also agree that he wont go in this window, which is a shame really, because if we continue as we are, any manager brought in in the summer will have lost Lukaku and possibly Stone too!

Just googled AVB, I'd prefer Martinez brought in a defensive coach before I'd go down this route. He seemed to be a bit of a spoofer during his Spurs days.
