I honestly really struggle to think of anyone who could fix us.

If we got a competent manager with real experience insted of the latest flavour of the month manager and then purge ourselves of the professional losers at the club we could do it. It might take three years but it can be done. I honestly don't mind us being crap (We've been crap all my life so why change now!) If we're working towards being better.

To often we've made the decision to go with youth over experience and tried shot cuts, they don't work. We need to start a proper rebuilding process with an experienced manager who knows his buissness. I don't know who it should be but surely there's people at the club far more qualified then me that can also see this and can find somebody who ticks the boxes.
