Im sorry mate but I find it baffling, you have no idea what he does.

Everytime I watch City Pep is constantly in his ear, he might not be the 1 starting the convo, but im sure he values what Arteta says and does.

This 100% doesnt mean hes a good manager like, but ive seen the same with people having a pop at Silva, saying he just stands on the touchline and does nothing, even tho hes constantly shouting and pointing. People have this idea that everybody should be like Uncle Plopp, the touchline clown.

Sadly the wierd looking German is an excellent coach. However it seems some people ascribe his success to his touch line comedy routine rather than his coaching skills.
Maybe we should appoint Lee Evans or Rowan Atkinson as coach so we could marvel at their slapstick skills instead of watching the football.
