Reading the list of previous managers was pretty depressing as well. All rubbish since Howard. Big Joe inspired us a bit briefly and moysey doesn't seem so bad now but there's a lot of dross on that list.

Proven pedigree generally means a foreign coach, though. Who are your British choices? Dych? Howe? Rodgers and Hodgson are thankfully non-starters.

People forget last season, the turmoil, the poor signing etc
Silva has these players to work with.
Give him the summer to hopefully off load the garbage bring in 3 or 4 of his/Brands own choices and then see where he goes.
If we bring in a 'no name let's take another chance' manager we'll still be having the same conversations this time next year!

I didn't say I wanted the manager changed. Id only agree to a change IF a proven manager is attracted to the job anything less than that then stick with what we have.

Well we need to change because Silva isn't the answer and is taking us backwards and doesn't seem to have a plan for this team at all. Of course the next manager could be just the same as Silva but that's the gamble you gotta take in Football these days unless you go for a certi like BFS or Sean Dyche.
