I will just feel relief, and know many were wrong - if it happens. before someone sets up next year's relegation thread lol

Spend, we sort of have a little free shot on Money as we have spent little brought in some but have others spending tons that may cover some of our expenditure until BMD happens.

If we can get half decent money forIwobi, sell Holgate, Keane, Davies, bring back Branthwaite, NKounkou and look at another contract for Mina!
Sell iwobi and get another contract for Mina!?!?! Really?? Wow

We need to keep up the pressure to get rid of this rotten board.

The board have massively got away with relegation for last 18 months. Some disgraceful decisions, appointing FSW, getting the finances so bad FFP restrictions have hit and not signing a CF in January. Even wanting Bielsa as first choice over Dyche. Thankfully he opened negotiations wanting to manage the youth team until the summer and that was the end of him as a viable target.

That approach has made the fans pretty resigned to the expected feat although this win will give everyone a lift for the final two home games.

Basically this club is in a holding position until the new stadium move (and even that won't be a guarantee of moving up 5-6 places in the league quickly). At least Dyche is a proven manager at being steady and keeping things ticking over until fresh investment and direction comes in from the very top
eventually.

Edit: Depending on how dramatic the final day is I do think a pitch invasion v Bournemouth would be a bit OTT this time. Could understand it v Palace given the second half comeback but it looks small time two years running especially if all is required is to play out a 0-0.

If we survive , and I think we will now, the moment the ref blows the whistle I’m out of the ground.
Tired of only having survival to ‘ celebrate’
It’s small time and a bit pathetic to treat not failing like a success, especially when it’s becoming a regular event.

I'll be pleased that I'll be able to continue seeing Everton on American TV next season.
