No it was a normal sticker album, I've got it somewhere - the first World Cup I watched, was amazing.

Yeah, I had the sticker book- and remember it had Brace, but no Reidy in it.

Players i used to always get Willie Miller for St Mirren no idea how i still remember that.

Going through them with your mates going got got got got need got need got got need

I used to always get Davie Dodds- he always looked like he was freezing.

Hahaha what a tit i am!!! well i obviously remembered wrong! I thought it was Willie Miller for St Mirren in a white kit but the Scottish players where always on a double sticker with another player???

Tbf I remembered the white kit and St Mirren so we both remembered it wrong.

Used to try and complete Everton faster than the rest! Even sent off for the Everton stickers early when I should have waited to use my options for the ones I needed at the end!

Just googled it and it was season 88 that they used plastic cards, must have been for the euros.

1970 world cup was cards you had to stick in the book. I think national badges may have been stickers, but it was a long time ago. didn't complete the set. Decided to collect the last world cup set as it was the last world cup before retiring, completed the book, don't know how much it cost me.

I still collect them, I've only once completed a book, once I start getting more than 3 or 4 swaps in a pack I give up. I did join a swap group on Facebook but it's 99% lads under 12 and it felt a bit weird when they were asking to meet up to swap, probably have me down as a female Jimmy Saville
