It seems like a lot of braindead envious people have been criticizing Beckham for becoming the "face" of the upcoming Qatar WC in 2022, and he is being paid 150m for the whole campaign, and this involves promoting Qatar. A lot of people have said he is turning a blind eye on all the slavery and homophobia that takes place in Qatar. I don't particularly agree with this. Considering Beckham has a family, 150m would be incredibly hard to turn down in any circumstance. Anyways if you were Beckham, would you accept this role for a 150m payout?

I’d love to think I’d turn it down because of my outstanding morals… truth is though I’d take the £150 million without thinking twice about it and id be absolutely delighted with the decision I made lol

I know some will say that Beckhams already insanely rich and thus it’s not the same as us plebs getting offered £150m but £150m is huge money to anyone and reality tends to suggest that rich people don’t stop caring about making more money once they get rich.

He's been involved with the shooting of a promotional video in Qatar for a believed fee of £10m.
