It's too much of a branding risk for him. It's not hard to imagine today's big payday killing the golden goose in the long run.

Those of you saying you would don't have the endorsement slate he is overwhelmingly likely to carry throughout the rest of his life, or the need for cashflow that his lifestyle requires. It's a very different calculation when current and future endorsements are not at stake.
 
No. Not anymore than I would endorse anything Hitler did.

Besides, if I was Beckham I'd be too busy getting it on with the missus for such trivial things as money!

Not being funny but to harp on about the plight of migrant workers in Qatar is more than hypocritical of the west.

Especially when those who are making the biggest noises are happy to look the other way to Israel’s apartheid policies towards the Palestinians or how the UAE treats its migrant workers.

Both those countries especially the former and have both hosted high profile sporting events.

It’s only because the hosts to this tournament are brown and pray to a different god. Why are other countries in the region getting away with it ?

Hhhmmm, him and his wife are worth nearly a billion dollars, you say he has a family...why not show an example to his family and turn down dirty money?
The only reason the WC is in tis place is due to bribes etc

If someone offered me 100 grand to support the RS I’d take it tomorrow.
 

Noone really is that arsed about it. People going on about morals, even if he did turn it down noone would be arsed. Wouldn't change anything and people will still watch the world cup so good for him making some pocket money for telling people what they already know.

If Qatar was really that bad, the world cup wouldn't still be happening there when they sacked half of FIFA for rigging the vote to get it there.
