Hs agent will know his value and it will be a very financial benefit to Everton FC if they can get him to sign a new realistic contract to both parties, the more we dither with getting him to sign a new deal the less we will get for him when he goes and the more his agent will be able to ask for his player regarding signing on fee and wages.
