Great player, but spends more time at LWB at times than he does as an attacking threat, under this manager.

Won't see the best of him, and a few others until Dyche is gone.
Totally. Quite right of the manager to demand he tracks back and helps the fullback on the defensive side but what about going the other way? Forwards need help too. Just gets left to beat two/three men himself, barely any support from his fullback.

Dyche is such a dinosaur, his game plan is so limited. Easy to play in if your a defender, left to your own devices if you’re a forward. Then Dyche has the audacity to come out after every game with the tired old “we didn’t have the quality or moments in the final third today”…wonder why this is Sean you bald tit.
 

He should get the ball in the final third and challenge defenders like other proper teams done with their attackers...
But this manager doesn't know how to do that.
