International managers, what nationality should they be

i have heard indian chicken tastes different to english chicken.

over there they cook most of their meats 'on the bone', which does make a vast difference.

but i suspect there is another element - when abroad the local tipple always tastes better than it does if you take a few bottles home and drink them here.

ramsey was good tuesday, not much cooking, he just released the chefs to cook how they were taught to - properly. instead of the arse-about-tit method the owner implemented.

that authentic korma sounded like the business, the sanitised british korma i dont like.

if your mac can handle it, find ''floyds india'' on torrent. i dont know any mac DL sites, but i can point you in the direction of a british tv site for pc.

It would be unethical for me to say I have plenty of links for mac torrents. ;)

Authentic Indian food too is not as hot as how we prepare it over here.

Its all about 10 pints, the hottest curry, and the biggest cock. Its all bollocks. Indian food has the best range of flavours of all foods, and to spoil it with overly hot spice is like adding lemonade to a good beer.

there is flavour in chili, deep intense fruitiness, and the endorphins the body releases to deal with the effect of chili are a pleasant plus.

also, chili in the diet increases the rate of metabolism.

chili and garlic are both food stuffs with very great health benefits.

getting wankered on the town then gorging on a top curry is for me a fun time with the right company. staying on top of the best curry houses is the key, because they change hands so regular.

funnily the ''10 pints'' you mention is an exact sound bite from KF.

rate what you like in factors of chili then

phall is nuts at 9/10 chilis for me

i like a good strong madras with extra garlic between 7 and 8 out of 10 chilis.

heres a tip if your making your own curry, get some unsalted cashew nuts and put them in a blender/blitzer - when fine like powder, stir into your sauce to thicken and up the flavour scale.

roasting full bulbs of garlic in the over wrapped in foil is good, because some of the raw acidic edge is removed and the slightly sweet and very pungent flavour is heightened.

oh lord i love curries. :salivate:

Yeah me too. I had already eaten when I was watching Ramsay, but when the missus got in from work, we ordered a curry to be delivered.

I'm not actually a fan of hot curries. I like chilli, but prefer Mexican than Indian chilli. I like stuff like Mockenwalha, sweet curries.

i cant enthuse about the series enough

amritsar
calcutta
chennai (madras)
goa
jaipur
kerala
mumbai
udaipur

to tell the truth, i have never seen/noticed mockenwalha before, what region is it based? and what type of naan is your choice?

same, garlic naan for me as well.

back on topic, the new england manager should be decided by a 'curry krypton factor' series of tests.

more info please.

d.o.c ?? ???

series two, the italian owned restaurant in wales - the only italian chef in that place did a duck ravioli that he was impressed with.

personaly i dont think it should matter! i dont go down the whole nationality of the manager shold be the same as the team hes manageing thing! should be like most jobs best man/women gets it!

though in fairness something like language shoudld be taken into account!
