There's been an appeal submitted mate, so it will be Thursday noon (GMT) at the latest now.

Doubt it no appeal he wont be suspended as he will just be warned as stated in the F.A Disciplinary Handbook for 2010/11

"5 Cautions
If a player receives 5 cautions between the first day of the season and 31st December they will be suspended for a period of 1 match and be fined £15.
If a player receives a 5th caution after the 31st December they will be warned as to their future conduct"

That is the amateur rules mate, Premiership is much different.

Do you think we'd fine one of our players £15? Come one.

Trust me, Thursday. I'm in the know, wait and see.

No i know it says £15 but its the same rules throughout football for the disciplinary procedures its just the fines are bigger in the Premier league. You said yesterday then today and nothing he recieved the 5th caution after 31st dec which is the yellow card amnesty date which means he wont be suspended otherwise why have it???

The phasing out of the disciplinary cut off date is happening this year, it was agreed with a "gentleman's agreement" between the FA, the LMA and Gordon Taylor from the PFA. Next season sees the first time it's implemented fully with the cut off date being 31st December. This year it's 31st January 2011.

Trust me on this fella.
