Had a tough week at work, had a couple of serious issues to deal with. However I was off today and family were out for meal as this was young Mr Caolam’s graduation, we had a couple of pints at the restaurant. This is the first time Mrs C and I have been out since the lockdown started. We are home now and we will have a couple of drinks later. So all in all the week has been alright.

Me too, mate. I had no idea that the England team were the Tory party on the pitch and our MURDEROUS government was so similar to South American military juntas from the 1970s.

Dave's amazing insight has been a real eye opener for me.
 
It's been raining and raining and raining but at least it broke the heat and the garden (especially the cucumbers and beans) is growing like crazy. Also, this week I had my first takeout felafel wrap since before the pandemic. It'd been so long since I'd eaten fried foods that I could only eat half of it, but it was an outstanding half and I hope to eat another half someday. In retrospect, a fine week indeed.

Been a challenging week with two nippers running round getting very bored but everyone currently seems in good health now.

I've been thinking quite a lot about people having to isolate during this time. Especially those who don't have more than a flat with scarcely room for two,and then kids on roaming around with their natural needs for activity. Wish you all the best!

Well deserved and congratulations!
 

Weeks been great… got home from work last Sunday, had glorious weather every day, got a couple of local walks in and a couple of nights in the pub with friends, also Chuck in a couple of afternoons of snooker and it ain’t been too bad… go back on Monday to work then do it all again next week.
