And to some extent, rightly so. The second chance is terrible because he has time and space to take a touch and then bury it.
Played like he knew he was taking up a position that others on the pitch were better suited. If you can’t handle the pressure when your team is already 4-0 up, it’s not a good look. However, he didn’t put himself at number 10, where he was clearly less suited than a tramp at the grand national. Just what exactly is the “evidence” that this little fella can play here please Sean?!
He isn’t Premier League quality, he should go back to Leeds for the second half of the season and see if he can restart his career there. He is taking up a squad place that could be better used.
