2024/25 Jack Harrison

How many chances do you need to see how utterly useless this player is? Comes on and gives ball away every single time.

He should be sent back to Leeds tonight.
No thanks we don't want him. I got slagged off on here when he signed for Everton. If Pep and Bielsa can't get anything out of him then he is a basket case. Gnonto not starting for us last few games. Largie scored a great goal today. 4 players we've got as wingers make Harrison look like a League 1 player. Moyes might put on left knowing he will have a hard working back tracking player.

A few thoughts on Jack harrison. Obviously his performances for everton over the last two seasons just haven't been good enough. But if you look at the years when he was at his most productive at Leeds and to me looked a player, he was.played down the left where he would cut in and shoot. At Everton he has mostly played down the right. Then I considered ilman ndiaye who has been good everton. But if you look at his most successful spell at Sheffield united . He played mostly down the right or through the middle where he cut shoot more. If we had proper full backs who overlapped could these two nit switch wings? Where they could both cut in and shoot and were supported by overlapping full backs who would be there to deliver crosses?

You do know they'd both be cutting infield to shoot on their weaker foot, in general an inverter winger plays on the opposite side to his primary foot - Robben etc.

Yeah I take your point , and I might not be completely accurate in terms of the types.of goals and assists thst they both achieved during there most prolific periods , but the stats.do point that both players have been more successful playing on the opposite wings to what they are currently playing - Albeit ndiaye was playing in the championship. To be honest I had read what moyes had said about Jack harrisons confidence and thought why has it gone so wrong at everton where at Leeds.for 3 seasons had acceptable goal scoring stats, acceptable at least by our current standards. Maybe if he was.played down the left ndiaye could play no.10- just thinking out loud
