Anyone that has serious doubts as to his guilt is a very poor judge of character in my opinion. If that sort of evidence had been levelled against anyone else, they would have been convicted.

And just for the record, the majority of cases of molestation, like rape, are based on the testimonies of victims. It's always one person's word against another's.

What always amazes me is that their were numbskull parents that allowed all this to happen under their noses.

 this is funny watching people trying to say he wasn't a child abuser.

I think it's funny people saying he was as if they saw it all first hand. The fact he was acquitted in 2005 has nothing to do with his money, it was to do with lack of evidence. So if a jury couldn't find him guilty, how can you? Oh that's right, you were there and saw it all happen.

I am not going to enter into a dissection of his life. He has passed away and let him RIP.

For me his best number was Billie Jean, a classic IMO.

so why not fight it all the way with the first one?

I think it is a shame that he has passed away; he was a legend in the music industry. Listening to the radio this morning and the tunes that they were playing made me think of all the classic songs that he released.

I feel sorry for all the fans who paid money to hopefully see him in concert over the coming months.

But saying that, he is going to be remembered for a lot more than his music and that is where the true shame lies.

imo its a sign of guilt that mate! i know i wasnt there but imo its defo a sign of guilt! if innocent you fight it all the way!

Well, you're probably right he should have fought it. Maybe bad advice, maybe guilty, we'll never know.

But Anyway Fozzy, Nebbiolo, Azzbot; you've heard what I think about it and I've heard what you think about it. Let's just let it rest as we'll never agree. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions.
