I always like to judge a player by using some woeful website.Looks [Poor language removed] going by Whoscored.
Weaknesses: Tackles
Style of Play: Does not dive in to tackles.
Sounds like Keane Mk II

I'd be saying that myself it it wasn't for Tarkowski. If that lad is fit then this new possible signing will hit the ground running like Branthwaite did with him alongside him. Don't get me wrong, Branthwaite had a superb season but Tarkowski for me must get a lot of the credit for that. The confidence having that colossus next to you would bring the best out of any young centreback. Hope we keep Branthwaite obviously, but if there's a shred of truth in these rumours of him wanting this massive wage increase (which i hope there isn't) then I'd sell all day long at our asking price.….that really is the key, it almost defines our season.
Dan burn is a similar height and played plenty at left back.... however I hope your right as I would like a fast attacking right back.….i honestly can’t see O’Brien playing RB at 6ft 5in.
I like that one - weaknesses - doesn't dive into tackles, errrm who the hell wants their centre back diving into tacklesI always like to judge a player by using some woeful website.
It also shows branthwaite he can be benched
If his heads turned till we get the fee his talent would should command
I’d say Eggs was correct with terrific but it’s all about opinionsTerrific, don't you mean horrific? I was only a young teen when he was playing for us but if I'm not recalling incorrectly he was absolutely awful for us - in fitting with how bad the club was at the time.
Dyche has said repeatedly that he views 3-5-2 and 3-4-3 as other names for a 4-4-2. Everything is a 4-4-2 for him. Variations are just positional instructions for him.If we are considering switching to a back 3, why arent we doing that now, in preseason.
I reckon hes back up, we got VERY lucky that Tarks and Branners hardly missed a game last season, we honestly wont get that lucky again.
Its the Beto issue again, we bought him cos we didnt expect DCL to play all season, he did, so Beto fed on scraps and "suffered" to a degree, its forward planning, if we get "lucky" then it seems silly, if we dont, its sensible, forward planning, its new to us.
