Yeah sorry I was just being facetious about the extra defender thing, I was a big fan of Moyes's first spell but I absolutely hated it when he did that. You're right that he rarely started a back 5 I think, and certainly not with much success.
No put another centre half on. You are strange at times.
Looked good last game. Hopefully gets some opportunities to do the same against higher opposition now. Tarkowski ahead for the moment, but if he doesn't improve (has been ropey this yr imo), JOB could come in I think. Him and Jarrod could be a beast of a CB pairing together (until JB gets sold).
My answer to you're first post was about Moyes bringing in another defender when we were winning, I was just stating i wish we would of brought another centre half on against Bournemouth, we were leading 2-0 and we conceded three goals in the last ten minutes, two of them from bloody headers. An extra six foot six centre half might have helped. Anyway no issues if you don't agree.

Managers can't win. If you sit back and concede you get criticised, if you keep attacking and concede you get criticised. Fans always want you to do the opposite of whatever didn't work (conveniently forgetting all the times it did work). Hindsight is always 20:20.
Yeah you can't please everyone I agree, that game still annoys me though, we battered them but Only scored two goals, they threw five subs on and changed the game. Two of their goals were crosses threw into the box and we had a big 6'6" centre half twiddling his thumbs on the bench ! Still don't know how we lost that bloody game.
I assume this is supposed to be to me rather than yourself. It was fairly clearly just a joke mate, I was making a comment about us losing games because we put another defender on and you said 'I wish we'd done that against Bournemouth'. I don't think you meant that so I was light heartedly drawing your attention to it, but if you find that strange I'll not bother with the niceties in future.

Oh for sure. That was definitely a managerial disaster. I actually went to Chelsea v Bournemouth last night. Chelsea were much the better side first half but second half Bournemouth dominated them. They didn't just play on the break they penned them in their own half. They were very impressive and should be a model of what we aspire to be like.
