That's what happens when you have to do it on the cheap. Leave it all on the pitch, embrace the dark arts, go route one, want it more than they do, take your set pieces well and grind out some points. Garner lofted some lovely corners in last season, which should help quite a bit.

Good news is that we should at least be able to patch up the holes next season, and get on about looking like a side that plays football two years down the road when more dead money comes off. We have the intervening two years to polish Onana and Garner into diamonds that fit into a side that plays the way we want to play.
