I thought that Rockford had a decent game today but feel he's not being fully utilised by Sean Dyche.
We play decent players out of position then wonder why we are crap. It's been going on for a few years now. Even Maupay is being slaughtered because of it.

The 3 in midfield are nowhere near good enough to warrant Garner not being played there.

I think so too though he had a better first half than 2nd. He was dreadful 2nd half and he can knock those floated free kicks into the keepers arms on the head as well.
He's got something about him but again was another player who just faded into nothing
Think if we do that we should go for McTominey to come into midfield. Need someone in there who can pass a ball and not look terrified every time it comes to them. Gueye, Doucoure and Onana give us absolutely no control of the game, particularly in away games where we're just ruthlessly exposed as we can't keep hold of the ball.
