Quality footballer and you do get the impression watching him that there's more to come. All compliments to martinez and all the good work he's done with him over the years. Him and Mc Manaman are the two players that really did show they have the next level in them while at wigan. Hopefully we give em back the rest and take mc manaman.
 

THE IRISH XAVI!!! All joking aside, he seems like a quality player. With him, Coleman, and Gibson, we pretty much have the core of the Irish squad.

You knew nothing about him - his personality, style, character, anything - other than he won a league with Benfica in Portugal. Like winning a title with the Old Firm in Scotland. It's a truly unfair playground, and no judge of a manager's skills.

And B - You do not know that he wouldn't be doing better than Martinez here. You have no idea.

As for knowing nothing about him. Well that's your problem. As soon as we were linked with him I did research. It's really not difficult to find things out in this age of technology.

But no. I forgot. You know everything about Martinez and everything. Shoe size. What he has for breakfast. His actual character. You have no idea.

None of us do about either.
