Great call.
My cat doesn't drink either, be interesting to contrast his achievements with Gibson at the end of their careers (he is five years old, black & white and has never played football at any grade).
Article by Rory smith of the times on how Zaha would have been better following McCarthy's appraoch to career development.

Several paragraphs on James but loved this one
McCarthy has, quietly, been one of the most impressive performers in the Premier League this season. He has inspired a raft of one-liners on the Internet -- "two-thirds of the Earth's surface is covered by water; the other third is covered by James McCarthy" -- becoming a cult hero in the mould of a pasty, ginger Chuck Norris. That is no surprise to anyone who saw him play at Wigan, and it will be a delight to everyone who helped nurture him at Hamilton that he has fulfilled his potential so abundantly.
Only 4th?

Any idea how much Rodwell's move was his own choice? Was never sure if he pushed for the move or if he was a young player that Moyes didn't rate and he was sold to fund our bank loan. Thanks for the link. Good article. Rodwell should read this.

Feel a bit sorry for the lad if that is the case - or as sorry as you can for someone making so much money!I think the offer from city was ridiculous and too good to turn down. I imagine jaws dropping at finch farm when the bid came in

And not necessarily a bad choice for Rodders.Once the bid came in I'm sure his agent would have been in his ear. £££££££££
