I get the impression there is a beast lurking inside James.
If he could only find aggression from somewhere he could be a Keane or a Viera.
Sadly it is sommat one is born with and cannot be learned.
Not sure how long anyone with that aggression would last in today's football though, what might have got you a yellow card in their day is easily a straight red now.

I watched the Ars-Utd Semi final in 1999 last week (the one with that Giggs goal) and half the tackles there would have been red never mind yellow. There was a bit where half the touchlines come to blows!
You have to be much more controlled nowadays
On the one hand I'm glad - too many really technical players were just wiped out and their careers ruined by tackles that were more malice than skill.
But on the other I loved a good meaty challenge - Peter Reid was one of my favourite players.
