The club never do anything so no

But they did deny the mayor's tweets, just this week as well.

Liverpool City Council and Everton have denied claims by the city's mayor that a new stadium for the football club is "closer than it’s ever been".

Joe Anderson wrote on Twitter that the stadium was "closer now than it was last month" and hinted at a location when asked by a site user by using the phrase "the Moore the merrier" - which may be a reference to Bramley Moore dock.

Didn't realise crabs could get groin strains. In all seriousness that statement if it is indeed from Moshiri (and the fact that the club haven't come out and denied it suggests it is) is a joke. James was so much part of the family that we tried to sign a player who only performs one game in four, which really is a damning indictment of what McCarthy has been serving up for the past two seasons. Wish we could all just be honest - he isn't good enough, hasn't been good enough for two seasons and if we had been offered any serious money for him and if Bill and Bobby could have got anyone in he would now be at another club. The reality is he is still here and i'll support the lad when he plays for us but that doesn't changed the fact he has been badly shown up by Gana's arrival and he knows it.

Terrible quotes from Moshiri like. Cringeworthy. Preferred it when he didn't speak.

It's clear as day we wanted Sissoko and don't want James. To say we pulled out because we love McCarthy and we're a family club... Yikes.
