it's as if a DM and an attacking mid play in the same area of the pitch, and it's his job to tackle him... conspiracy.

Would appreciate it if some of you take a look at McCarthy's tackle on Amaltifano last year, then look again at the one on Payet on Saturday. You really think McCarthy didn't mean it? He has deliberately set out to hurt two players.

Some of you (too few it seems) know you've got a Neanderthal playing for you whose sole objective is to take out more skilful players. Most are making fools of themselves defending the indefensible.

I always thought you had more class than the red half of the city. Boy was I wrong.

This is a bit silly.

Can you please provide the inside-McCarthys-brain details you must have to state categorically that he "deliberately set out to hurt two players" ? Stating as a fact that it´s his SOLE objective is a bit silly too, isn´t it?

Can you explain with freeze-frame screenshots the details from the two tackles that make you 100% sure that they were more than just two bad tackles and were top-notch 1970s hatchet jobs?

Yous are overreacting tbf. Squealing like stuck pigs because a player went into a tackle and your lad didn't come out of it well.
