It's a risk because of the issue of resale value. If there are no other younger players of his type in that position, we can afford it and Carlo believes it will really improve us then so be it.
Just because he is great in other leagues does not mean he will perform at the same level in the Premier League.
I'll be surprised if this is a goer and not pure speculation.
