Transfer Rumour James Rodriguez

It's great when we sign players who's names have letters that are pronounced differently, arl fellas are just a mess with it

It's weird how in other countries they usually pronounce British names how they would over there and nobody bats an eye. As soon as some Dave Smith does it then he's a laughing stock.

It's Jimmy Rodriguez anyway.

Unless we actually do have access to almost unlimited funds then it is too risky a transfer for me. There would be a question mark for me about the motivation of the player who is twenty nine and has already played for Real Madrid and Bayern.
It certainly would be our Galactico signing and would be 110% due to the pulling power of Ancelotti and if he did come it would raise our profile enormously but it would be a huge risk for any club other than those with access to large amounts of money... are we one of those now ? , it may be another indication that the real owners of Everton FC are not generally known at present.

Hasnt he played under Ancelotti twice? Or am I just assuming that as they have both been at the same clubs? (which is possible..)

The example I'd give people here is Rafael van der Vaart. Signed for Spurs as a 27-year-old having not quite made it at Real Madrid, then went on to have two of the best seasons in his career and play a key part in turning them into a consistently good side. Slow as anything as well, not particularly suited to the Prem, you might say.

Get him in Carlo.

He retired last year Browns.
