The point is that over the last few years prices have been massively inflated due to the increase in PL revenues.
You are seeing a club with little money being able to pay fees like that for keepers.

19m gets you an average keeper. On lower wages yeah but you are talking about England’s number one, irrespective of how poor his form has been.
