There is 2 ways to look at this

On paper, picking up a point on the road against one of our toughest rivals is a good result.

But Colombia should have won based on the roster, were outcoached, and out tactiqued.

So I'll take it with a grain of salt
The Medina injury changed the midfield battle, I feel that Colombia struggled by losing Quadrado in the centre. The goal that Medina setup was quality, we all here thought it was James at first.

Correct James is more of a pick her up in a limo , wearing a suit , go to a nice restaurant and seduce her with compliments and make her fall in love with him in a single night while being there the next morning and leaving her satisfied

Rooney is the kind that rocks up half cut and smashes the back doors out of a grand mother , isn’t there the next morning and leaves her unable to walk for a week.
Best I’ve read for a while

Barrios was terrible and Cuadrado being used in that weird role like they did vs Venezuela didn't help. Then Cuadrado moved to RB and somehow got worse. On the other side Muriel being more of a striker than a winger made build up impossible. Chile were eager to press and pinned Colombia back. Once Alzate and Morelos came on things opened up a bit but honestly I think partially that was down to Chile not being able to maintain 90 minutes of pressure.

TL: DR being you're right, it wasn't great.

At one stage .... southall . Best player in the world in his position at one point and that’s not debatable the only debatable thing is if you think he’s the best ever or not and I would say he is without doubt the best keeper since 1980 but can’t really comment on keepers before that

Oh i think we all agree nev was the Best in the world at one stage....but that was before the prem era.

I’d say, since the PL there have been a small handful of keepers who are equivalent in talent to Southall. The comparisons to today’s keepers is a tough one in terms of how much the position has changed - Pep’s use of goalkeepers would’ve been regarded as witchcraft back in the 80s.

When this honeymoon is over I hope with all the commercial stuff Ev are doing for Colombia that they have many counsellors on standby when this honeymoon period crashes. And it will crash. 9/11 will be eating it’s heart out.

Our Jamo has just absolutely crunched Alexis Sanchez. Have to be honest I'm surprised he wasn't sent off there, his studs went right into Sanchez's calf
But when Liverpool do it it’s sent off and first plane back to the training ground airport. Refs in South America in on it.

Is that Colombia’s international fixtures done now then?

The way some were talking on here it was like he’d have to do a mad dash to the ground from the airport, putting his kit on in the taxi to make it in time for the derby.
Yeah they are done. He’ll be back in U.K. tomorrow.

Madrid have possibly the worst ‘fans’ in the world. Their treatment of older players getting a bit beyond their prime is disgusting, the likes of Raul, Casillas and even Ronaldo getting booed after winning the lot is nothing short of a disgrace.

Have a lot in common with some Evertonians. Coleman, for instance.
