Amazing that some will sacrifice a glorious creative technician like James because he's surrounded by incontinent donkeys who can't do the basics. The solution is to replace the donkeys, one by one, and sign actual footballers. Asking James to defend is like asking a Michelin-starred chef to wash the dishes. Our water carriers are there for that. And our defenders need to start learning fast. There isn't one of them I'd trust to keep a clean sheet, and the best of our backs, Digne, is renowned for his attacking play not his defending. Says it all.

They've been great defensively since they started using a keeper who saves shots. Everton could learn a lesson from that.

Him maybe. The team I can't see. I think people underestimate how much of our play with the ball is possible because he is in the team. Someone has to pick that up and we don't have many players who even might be able to.
