He's incredible at football. Such a shame he has a ruined calf.

Yep but it's the trade off.

We've probably got next season out of him so let's make the most of it. We didn't this year and that's why it's frustrating, but that's partly on the management for not finding a way around his fitness issues and on the previous recruitment.

That pass to Richarlison at Anfield is just incredible. He controls it, has less than a second to decide what to do, and plays a beauty to Richarlison on the run.
This pass. His ball to Iceland that should've won Burnley away. The goal at Old Trafford, and goal at home against Palace. The guy just oozes class.

Plus the hundred inch-perfect diagonals to Digne, so amazing.

He wouldn't be with us at all if he were able to play every game. It's why we have him. Let's just hope we can find a way to get the most out of him next season, which is likely his last at this level

Here he is fatigued -

The coaching staff of the Colombia Men's Senior Team reports that the player James Rodríguez has been called off for the games against Peru and Argentina for the qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, and the CONMEBOL Copa América 2021.

In recent days, the midfielder was subjected to medical examinations, which determined that he is not at the optimal level of competition, therefore, he will not be able to join the group called by Reinaldo Rueda for the aforementioned commitments and the South American championship.

The coach and his team of collaborators regret not being able to count on James Rodríguez this time and hope that soon the midfielder will be able to be part of a call, representing our country with the height and professionalism as he has always done.
