...there is some conjecture over what James earns. Baz reckons it 160k a week which is close to where you think it is (50% of 300k being 150k). It has not been confirmed to me but I’m gathering he flies to Haifa after the Burnley game. Nice port city Haifa...he will enhance their CL qualifying probability
 

He is no Willian for sure...he will not drop his wage whatsoever even if that means playing in a team where he is wanted by the manager...money talks. My take is that he will hardly play then will go in January...in the meantime we lose big time and another season where the only thing to look forward to is the magic 40 points.
 
Where have I got 155k /wk in wages from?. Simples: I averaged Baz’s figure (160k) and @kev ’s 150k ( or 50% of his Madrid salary ...which apparently was 300k)

Have you got some good oil on him appearing on an Israeli TV series? That makes a lot of sense actually...I was wondering how Haifa would pay his weekly wage demands...it sounds like the TV contract might cover a fair bit! What sort of show is it?...can you let any secrets out of the bag?
