In very much a season of two halves, mr consistent can feel hard done by for picking up a very time sensitive injury. Has played through minor injury when called upon and done so without so much as a grimace. When we were fighting for draws we had him so reliable, If push comes to shove I'd sub him on for the final 30 seconds of the game vs southampton and he can stand on the half way line. It is important the crowd get to thank him at Goodison one last time. Doucoure is often cited for a relegation defier (rightly) so this was in the scheme of it similarly important.

You don't go back to training after tearing a hammy after less than a week no matter what grade. I'm sure his season is probably done but what a pointless tweet.
