Aye exactly. We lack pace and unpredictability on the wings at the moment, something that is lacking and affecting the dynamism of our team. In a team lacking confidence who are playing it "safe" we need someone who is prepared to change things up and take risks in an attacking areas.
We've discussed this before, and certainly for mine wing is an area of priority where we need to bring in a young game changer.
Defence and goalkeeper are also concerns, with Howard in poor form and Distin looking past it, but we do have cover in centerback with young players coming through. We don't have that in the wide attacking positions though.

I've yet to see him caught from behind, very raw still but limitless potential...I'm not a big fan of loaning him out but if he's going to go, Everton would be lucky to land him
