Karius' stats from this season; Apps: 17, Goals Conceded: 23, Clean Sheets: 5. Mainz currently sit 12th in Bundesliga. But under Tuchel they were a good team, a team which he was apart of.

All I can find is a couple of rags linking him with Arsenal, most likely cause their keeper made a couple of blunders last week.

Granted, but it's far too easy to panic buy in January with an already small choice available. We need a keeper 100%, I don't think we will be able to get a decent one though.

Hi guys let's talk as though we're boss talent spotters. And show our knowledge of the transfer market that we've gained through playing FIFA and looking on YouTube.

Together we can save Everton's season guys.

I base my thoughts on players based on names, nationalities and looks

Robles- great name, however looks stupid= rubbish

Just thinking about this.. would WOULDN'T we try for Reid from West Ham now for a cut price deal? They are a club in need of the money... they have a new stadium to finance and would be very sour to see him leave for nothing in the summer. Unless he's got an offer from a massive club, which I doubt, he'd surely be interested in joining us...

He'd go for less than 5m, and could be our centre back alongside Stones for the forseeable future. Martinez would be mad not to go for him if he's available for anywhere near that price.

If we got a centre back and a decent goalkeeper this window I'd be confident of us mounting a European push in the second half of the season.

Everton FC have reportedly entered the race to sign Xherdan Shaqiri, who is rumoured to be available for around £11m in January.
