My take on Shaqiri.

Inter have the weather and Milan but no money either for the sale or wages.
Liverpool have the money.

Which means Bayern probably want to sell to Liverpool but Shaqiri would need to be offered a lot in wages to choose them over Inter.

We could offer him guaranteed first team football and team built around him and for a player like Shaqiri at that price we should even be able to match Liverpool's wages however we all know that won't happen.
