We have proved that we will not sell who we don't want to sell though as with Baines. So if he wants to go he will have to request a move.

So you are left with selling a top player or having one sulking for 5 months.

Of course that's if there is any truth in the rumour

Wouldn't surprise me and he deserves it, but we have to sign a right back if he leaves. Saying that, I wouldn't be surprised if Roberto reckons it's not an issue and we can struggle on.

Eh? Why does he "deserve" it exactly? It's not like he's above our level in any way, shape or form. He's a quality player but it's not like he's too good for Everton.

Hes been wanting too for about 3 months or so.
Tbh I would disagree. They all signed new shiny contracts last summer. A year or so after signing i can understand. Not 4 months or 5 months.
Contracts work both ways mate.
I'm sure Bill will have inserted some meaty clause as protection if the likes of this happens.
Any club wanting to deal with Everton know our players dont come cheap,it will be Top Top Dollar or go elsewhere.

OH.

One of the posters who said Marshall had signed just said: ''why dont you go and throw yeself under a fuken bus. fuken major ballbag you ye happy t word''

Think we know exactly who that is hahahaha. It's a goer, if it is who I think it is...
