Hes been wanting too for about 3 months or so.
Tbh I would disagree. They all signed new shiny contracts last summer. A year or so after signing i can understand. Not 4 months or 5 months.
But 3 months would put it as October that he wanted to leave and we weren't playing badly at that time. In the previous four weeks we'd done well in the Europa beating Wolfsburg and a point at Krasnodar and Lille, drawn at Liverpool with a narrow defeat to United. Although we'd lost to Crystal Palace and Swansea in the league cup we'd beaten Villa, West Brom and Burnley so nothing like the form over Christmas.

Coleman wasn't even playing for most of it due a hamstring injury he suffered against Wolsfburg. What at that time would make he so radically change his mind about staying at Everton after being happy to sign up for another 5 years only a few weeks before?

What is this "wouldn't blame him for wanting to leave"? Jesus there is no middle ground with some people is there? We are either really great and on the verge of something special or that [Poor language removed] that people should leave
I disagree. We always seem to be the same old Everton under this Board for the last couple of decades. In fact it has been nearly 3 decades of the same old if we are honest.

We won't sell Coleman unless we can get a quality replacement for the EL which rules out any cup tied players. The season and the objective of the season isn't over till we're out of the EL.

For that reason I can't see Mirallas going either unless we get a replacement who's at least as good.

So basically I can't see us doing anything except maybe Marshal and Howard off to the MLS.
I 'd tend to agree with these points. We have very little effective depth at RB due to the fact that Seamus and Hibbo are about as different in approach as two players who play the same position can be. And we're near unanimous in this thread on the need for a new winger to play opposite Kev, so if he were to go we'd need two.

If we want these incoming players to be eligible to play in EL games that rules out a lot of players. We'd have money in the bank but no-one decent to spend it on..... *googles identity of Wigan's current RB* :(

If we can get schurlle, can we get Isco as well ;)
Can you please provide me with 1 reasonable reason why such a talent would 1) even consider Everton FC ,and, 2) if available would attract many clubs with higher paying wages..why he would once again consider Everton FC?
